the breakfast selection was excellent and had something for everyone.
The rooms felt a little outdated and could have used some updates to modernize them. parking was a bit of a challenge as there was limited on-street parking available.

A train station is next to the hotel. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Viva Burg that was only 10 minutes' walk away. We loved the fact that we chose Willows. Fabulous base for vacation in Tralee...

Located in a bustling area, within walking distance of many restaurants and pubs. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel and a railway station nearby. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was quite good, with plenty of options to choose from.
The service was slow and disorganized throughout our stay. Staff seemed indifferent and disinterested in helping their guests.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, just across the street from a beautiful park. It's so convenient to walk into town centre and explore the local attractions. the rooms are comfortable and airy, with en-suite bathrooms. the hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. the breakfast options are delicious and plentiful. the availability of a small fridge on the landing is a nice touch.
The karaoke and casino options are limited.
